Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans

A small business owner wears many hats. Susan and I feel our job is to help the owner set the ‘Benefits Hat’ on the shelf because we provide support with plan choices, employee changes and regulations so the business owner is confident they are compliant and providing quality benefits to recruit and retain employees. We work with employers who have never provided coverage and need to start at point A to the owner who is struggling to keep employees so we re-build their benefit plans to the employer that has been offering benefits for years but needs comfort that they are compliant with the current laws like the Affordable Care Act, Cobra or State Continuation. We look forward to discussing medical, dental, vision, group term life, employer sponsored disability and many other supplemental options.
