In addition to the confirmation email, please watch for an email from Nicki containing a link to fill out the Scope of Appointment form that is required to discuss Medicare products! Please note, the appointment date on the form is NOT a scheduled appointment, rather an approximate time Nicki will reach out with information on if a change is needed or not!
